Pre-Game Baseball Stretches
Playing baseball requires being ready to move quickly and suddenly, with lot of stopping and turning, so proper conditioning is important to avoid injury. Stretching is a huge part of proper conditioning.
Sleeper Stretches
These stretches are designed to aid the range of motion in the shoulder and knee, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.
